Established in 2015, our company was born from a true love of creative interior design. Our vision is to fuse twenty-first century essentials with timeless original style to create a luxurious comfortable space which works perfectly for you.
We just get it…
Our experience of interior design, bespoke design and building renovation means we know how things work and how to utilise space. We understand each stage inside and out, from laying the foundations to installing your drone landing pad (well almost).
Rob comes from a strong design-background, previously working for McLaren Automotive he is used to fulfilling work that requires meticulous detail and efficiency. A lover of travel, Rob enjoys visiting restaurants and hotels which feature striking design and style. Some of Rob’s favourites include the Plaza Hotel in New York – beautifully fusing both modern and traditional design, and the iconic Soho restaurant Bob Bob Ricard for its unique art deco surrounds. One of Rob’s favourite projects at Design’d Living was the Trafalgar Mews Development.
Dream project – To build a stunning modular-design house in Palma de Mallorca – inspired by contemporary architecture and its natural surroundings.
Business Development Director
An entrepreneur and active investor, Alison successfully built her first business into a multi-national operation which she fully sold in 2017. Alison brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Design’d Living, along with a strong network of support gained from her time spent on international business. One of Alison’s favourite projects to work on at Design’d Living was converting the Sandbanks property into an Airbnb, a stunning home beside the sea which has many unique features and bespoke furniture installations. Alison would spend an unexpected day off enjoying lunch with her closest friends, ideally in the sunshine with a chilled bottle of rosé…sounds perfect.
Dream project – A chateau renovation in France.
Matt has a degree in Industrial Design and substantial experience in packaging and branding creation. His eye for appealing design is clear in his work and style – inspired by the likes of convention-defying Bjarke Ingles Group to the simplest of clean lines that define the peace and tranquillity of Soho’s Aesop stores. If Matt was to escape the office for a quiet day off, we would find him wondering around Kew Gardens or exploring Richmond Park. One of his favourite projects to date was the Cumberland Court Development.
Dream project – To design a retail/commercial space for his favourite clothing brands.
Business Support Coordinator
Sarah has spent many years working for global organisations supporting their finance departments, she’s got organisation and efficiency down to a tee, which is lucky as she’s also a busy mum of two. Sarah loves property and interiors, she really enjoyed working on The Love Nest project at Design’d Living and has a true passion for upcycling old gems. If we were ever to let Sarah out of our sight for an unexpected day off, we would find her at a music festival, or a gig.
Dream project – To design and build her own home.
