Set within the quiet luxury of Jumeirah Golf Estates, Casa Serena is a full townhouse transformation that redefines contemporary living.Taken back to shell and core, the 3-bedroom residence was completely re-imagined to create a home that balances warmth, flow, and refined simplicity.
Natural textures, calm tones, and bespoke detailing come together to form a space that feels effortlessly elegant and deeply personal.
How we made it work
Our goal was to create a home that feels as good as it looks – a true expression of Designed Living.
The existing layout was re-worked to improve flow and maximise light, while every detail was purpose-built to enhance the way the home is lived in.
We introduced bespoke joinery to solve storage challenges, redefined spatial proportions for better functionality, and layered the lighting design to shift the mood from day to night.
The result is a space that feels calm, cohesive, and considered – where every element has intention.

Natural Materials & Tone
Oak, stone, and soft neutral finishes set the aesthetic foundation.
Subtle warmth in the textures creates balance, while sandy hues echo the surrounding landscape of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Custom joinery is central to Casa Serena’s design.
Hidden doors, slatted detailing, and built-in cabinetry offer seamless storage solutions that maintain the home’s minimal visual flow.
Lighting & Atmosphere
A combination of architectural and decorative lighting adds depth and personality.
Each space features layers of light from natural daytime brightness to soft ambient tones in the evening – creating comfort and rhythm throughout the home.

Every finish was hand-selected for its tone and texture.
Bespoke furniture, natural fabrics, and subtle metallic accents bring a sense of calm sophistication, while maintaining durability for everyday living.

The reconfigured layout connects living, dining, and kitchen areas for effortless movement, while the bedrooms and bathrooms offer a sense of privacy and retreat.
